STUDIO RENTAL • Terms and Conditions
Rates:
$300 Full Day (10hours) - $200 Half Day (up to 5 hours)
For non-commercial shoots, paid C.O.D., rates are more flexible: $120 for 4 hours - 8 hours for $200 or 10 hours for $250.
Overtime:
Time before or after your booked rental time will be billed at $30/hr and due to availability.
Pre-Light:
$100 4:30pm-7:30pm (depending on availability)
Deposits & 'Holds':
A 'Hold' on studio time is available without a deposit or obligation and will be given either a 1st or 2nd hold. If there is another confirmed request to book a day that you have on hold, you have 24 hours to either confirm the booking with payment or release the hold.
Cancellations:
Cancellations of confirmed bookings are subject to a charge. 72 hours or greater prior to the booking- 50% of Invoice. 72 to 24 hours prior to the booking -75% of Invoice. 24 hours or less prior to the booking- 100% of Invoice.
Start Time:
This is your booking start time and the time at which the studio will be available for you to set up.
End Time:
This is when you leave the studio after tear down and clean up has occurred.
Before You Leave:
Leave the studio in the same state in which it was found. Turn off any and all electrical appliances. Lock any and all windows and door locks. Place garbage in garbage bin. Clean dishes.
